The A20VO is a series of axial piston variable double-pump products launched by Bosch Rexroth. It features a swashplate structure design and is mainly used in open-circuit hydraulic systems. It has a compact back-to-back impeller pump body structure, suitable for equipment with limited installation space and multi-circuit system applications..

Core features and technical parameters

Displacement specifications: It offers various specifications such as 60, 95, 190, 260, 520 cm³. The output flow is proportional to the transmission speed and pump displacement, and can be steplessly adjusted between the maximum displacement and zero displacement..
Pressure performance: The nominal pressure can reach 350 bar, and the peak pressure can reach 400 bar, suitable for high-load working conditions..
Structural design: It adopts a compact double-pump design. By sharing the valve plate between two rotating bodies, the pump body size is reduced. It supports through-shaft drive and can integrate a charge pump or boost pump (optional for specifications 190/260)..
Control method: It supports a variety of control functions, including constant power control, pressure control, pilot pressure control, and electrical control with proportional solenoids. Constant power settings can be achieved through external adjustment..
Self-priming ability: It has a self-priming function, but the self-priming height should not exceed 500mm. The oil suction port needs to ensure an absolute pressure of at least 0.8 - 1 bar..

Application fields
This product is widely used in fields such as industrial hydraulic equipment, construction machinery, and marine engineering equipment. For example, it is used for the hydraulic system drive of cutter suction dredgers, as well as fixed equipment and mobile machinery that require high precision and high reliability.
