1. Product Overview

Danfoss SaoFRR/FRL seriesIt is specifically designed forMobile equipmentDesignOpen-loop axial piston pump。

This series typically adoptsLoad-sensitive (LS)Control, which can automatically adjust flow and pressure according to system requirements, is the core component for achieving energy saving and precise motion control.

2. Core Features

Load-Sensitive Control (LS)Standard configuration includes LS control, which prioritizes oil supply to circuits with low load pressure, significantly reducing overflow losses and system heat generation.
Multiple control modes:supportPC(Pressure cut-off)BC(Constant power)FEMultiple composite controls, such as electro-proportional control, are available to adapt to complex working conditions.
High power densityIt has a compact structure, provides a large displacement in a limited space, and is suitable for installation in narrow engine compartments.
Excellent impact resistanceIt features a reinforced design to withstand severe vibrations and impacts on mobile machinery, resulting in high reliability.

3. Application Areas

construction machineryMain pump for excavators, wheel loaders, and skid steer loaders.
agricultural machineryHydrostatic drive systems for large tractors and combine harvesters.
Material handlingTelescopic boom forklifts and aerial work platforms.
Special vehiclesWrecker trucks, concrete pump trucks, etc.
