1. System Overview

This is a typicalDistributed electro - hydraulic control system. The system usesG - series controllersas the core, in conjunction withSpecial function modules(such as proportional valve drivers, CAN bus modules) andMCV main valveto achieve precise and intelligent control of the vehicle's hydraulic system.

2. Function analysis of each model

MCV116:Main Control Valve. Similar to the previous group, this is aMonoblock, which is the core hydraulic component of the system and is responsible for controlling the actions of each actuator.

G4201 / G4204 / G4214:Electronic Control Unit (ECU). These areA new generation of controller platforms (G4 series), with more powerful functions than the G3 series.
- G4201: Usually theMain ECU, responsible for the core logic control of the whole vehicle, power management, communication with the dashboard, etc.
- G4204 / G4214: May beAuxiliary controllerorSpecial function controller, responsible for the control of specific areas (such as attachment control, auxiliary actions), or communicate with the main controller throughCAN busto achieve modular design.
A3101:Proportional Valve Driver/Amplifier. This is aUniversal proportional valve drive module, responsible for amplifying the control signal to drive the proportional solenoid valve. It may be an independent module or integrated inside the controller.

G3102:CAN bus moduleorI/O expansion module. In the G3 series, G3102 is usually anInterface module, used to expand the input/output channels of the controller, or asCAN bus gateway, to connect different CAN networks (such as power CAN, body CAN).
3. Typical applications
Large wheel loaders: Achieve automatic weighing, automatic leveling, and traction control.
Telehandler: Precise control of boom extension and fork posture, to achieve automatic leveling in the air.
Medium - sized excavators: Control walking, slewing, and compound actions, and integrate engine power matching.
High - end agricultural machinery: Such as the hydraulic system control of large boom sprayers and intelligent harvesters.
