1. Product Overview

This product isRexroth A6VE series slant shaft axial piston motorDedicatedFull repair kitThis repair kit targets the internal components of the motor. The most critical friction pairs and vulnerable partsAn integrated configuration has been implemented, primarily for repairing motors damaged by prolonged use.Increased internal leakage, decreased volumetric efficiency, insufficient pressure, or creepingThese issues are key to restoring motor performance and extending equipment lifespan.

2. Core Components

plungerMade of high-strength alloy steel, the surface is precision ground and hardened to ensure a tight fit with the cylinder block.
Cylinder blockThe cylinder block, also known as the "nine-hole disc," is the heart of the cylinder block assembly that houses the plunger. Repair kits typically include a complete cylinder block assembly or individual cylinder block parts.
Distribution plateA pair of precision-ground metal discs (usually copper alloy or stainless steel) are responsible for the intake and discharge of oil and are key components that determine the efficiency and noise level of the motor.
spindleThe drive shaft is splined to the cylinder block. The repair kit may include related parts such as shaft seals or bushings.
bearings and sealsIncludes deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, and a complete set of skeleton oil seals, O-rings, etc., to ensure mechanical strength and sealing performance.

3. Core Features

Original factory qualityAll parts are manufactured according to Rexroth's original drawings and standards. The materials, heat treatment processes and dimensional tolerances are strictly in line with the original parts to ensure interchangeability and reliability.
Targeted repairIt is specifically designed to solve the common problems of "internal leakage" and "distribution surface scratches" in A6VE series motors. After repair, the volumetric efficiency of the motor can usually be restored to more than 95%.
Full range of models coveredA set of products covers fromA6VE28 to A6VE250The full range of specifications facilitates inventory management and procurement.
High cost performanceCompared to replacing the entire motor assembly, using this repair kit for a major overhaul can save costs.60%-70%The above costs.

4. Typical Applications

construction machinery: The main oil pump or auxiliary motor of concrete pump truck (boom pump), trailer pump, and truck-mounted pump.
Metallurgical equipmentRolling mill pressing device, coiler tension control motor.
Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering: Steering motor, winch, and side thruster drive motor.
Mining machineryMotors for the traveling and cutting parts of tunneling machines and coal mining machines.
