1. Product Overview

This product isRexroth A4VG series variable pumpmatched withA6VM series variable motorThe supportingElectric proportional control coil, namelyEP coil. It is the core electrical actuator of the electro - hydraulic proportional control system, responsible for converting the current signal sent by the external controller into mechanical thrust, so as to precisely adjust the displacement of the pump or motor.

2. Core Features

Original - level matching: Manufactured strictly according to Rexroth's electrical parameters (resistance, inductance, thrust curve) to ensure perfect matching with the original regulatorPerfect matching, with good control linearity, small hysteresis, and high repeat accuracy.
High environmental tolerance: The coil is made of high - quality enameled wire and high - temperature - resistant insulating materials, and can work stably for a long time in a wide temperature range from-40°C to +120°Cand a strong vibration environment.
High protection level: The coil housing and plug usually haveIP65-grade dust and water resistance performance, effectively resisting the intrusion of muddy water, oil, and dust.
Plug - and - play: It uses standard installation interfaces and electrical plugs, which are convenient and quick to replace without any modification to the hydraulic system or circuit.
