1. Product Overview

This product isthe complete repair kit for Rexroth A7VO series swash plate axial piston pumpsofthe complete set of repair kits. It is widely used in various closed hydraulic systems. When the pump experiences internal leakage, insufficient pressure, reduced efficiency, or abnormal noise, this repair kit usually needs to be replaced to restore its performance.

2. Core Components

Piston: Made of high-strength alloy steel, the surface is precisely ground and hardened to ensure a tight fit with the cylinder block.
Cylinder Block: Also known as the “nine-hole disc”, it is the core component that houses the pistons. The repair kit usually includes a complete cylinder block assembly or individual cylinder block accessories.
Valve Plate: A pair of precisely ground metal discs (usually made of copper alloy or stainless steel), responsible for the intake and discharge of hydraulic fluid, and is the key part that determines the pump's efficiency and noise level.
Spindle: A drive shaft connected to the cylinder block by a spline. The repair kit may include associated parts such as shaft seals or bushings.
Bearings and Seals: Includes deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, as well as a full set of skeleton oil seals, O-rings, etc., to ensure mechanical strength and sealing performance.

3. Core Features

Targeted Repair: Specifically solves the common problems of “internal leakage” and “scratches on the valve plate surface” of the pump. After repair, the volumetric efficiency of the pump can usually be restored to over 95%.
High Cost-effectiveness: Compared with replacing the entire pump assembly, using this repair kit for major repairs can save60%-70%or more of the cost.
