1. Product Overview

This product isThe core internal accessory set of Danfoss MPV series axial piston pumpsofThe core internal accessory set. The MPV series pumps are commonly used in theTravel drive systemof skid steer loaders. The cylinder block, pistons, and valve plate are the key components in the pump that are most likely to cause internal leakage, overheating, and efficiency decline due to wear. Replacing this set is a common method to repair old or damaged pump bodies.

2. Core Features

High - wear - resistant materials: The cylinder block is usually made of high - strength aluminum alloy or copper alloy. The piston heads are made of special composite materials (such as copper - based or iron - based powder metallurgy), and the valve plate is made of high - hardness alloy steel, ensuring wear resistance and anti - seizure ability under high pressure and high speed.
Precise fit: All accessories are machined according to Danfoss original factory drawings. The dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances are strictly controlled to ensure a reasonable fit clearance with other parts in the pump (such as the swash plate and return plate), restoring the original performance of the pump.
Restore performance: Replacing the worn cylinder block, pistons, and valve plate can effectively solve the problems such asInsufficient pressure, decreased flow rate, and excessive oil temperaturecaused by internal leakage, significantly extending the service life of the pump.
