1. Product Overview

This product isThe core internal accessory set of Rexroth A11VO/A11VLO series swashplate axial piston pumpsofthe core internal accessory set. Pumps in this series are known for theirflexible variable control, high pressure, and high efficiencyfeatures, making them themainstream configurationfor main pumps in construction machinery such as excavators and crawler cranes. When the main pump experiences internal leakage, high temperature, or abnormal actions, replacing this core set is the key maintenance solution to restore the performance of the entire hydraulic system.

2. Core Features

Designed specifically for swashplate type: The A11VO/A11VLO series areswashplate (Swashplate)variable pumps. Their cylinder blocks rotate around the main shaft, and the pistons reciprocate under the action of the swashplate. The provided cylinder blocks and pistons are optimized for this structure to ensure a stable oil film and sealing performance during the variable adjustment process.
High wear resistance and high precision: The cylinder block is made of high - strength alloy, the piston heads are made of special wear - resistant materials (such as copper - based or iron - based powder metallurgy), and the valve plate is made of high - hardness alloy steel to withstand the extreme pressure of the main pump under frequent load changes and impact conditions.
Restore system performance: Replacing the worn cylinder block, pistons, and valve plate can effectively solve problems such asslow and weak operation of the entire machine, excessive oil temperature, and slow variable responsecaused by internal leakage, enabling the equipment to restore its original operating efficiency and controllability.
