1. Product Overview

This product isRexroth A10VO series swashplate axial piston pumpofCore internal component kitThis series of pumps is characterized by...Flexible variable control, high pressure, and high efficiencyIts characteristics make it the main pump for construction machinery such as excavators and crawler cranes.mainstream configurationWhen the main pump experiences internal leakage, overheating, or abnormal operation, replacing this core assembly is a crucial repair solution for restoring the performance of the entire hydraulic system.

2. Core Features

Designed specifically for swashplates:forSwashplateA variable displacement pump has a cylinder that rotates around a main shaft, while the plunger reciprocates under the action of a swashplate. The cylinder and plunger are specifically optimized for this design to ensure a stable oil film and seal throughout the variable displacement process.
High wear resistance and high precisionThe cylinder block is made of high-strength alloy, the plunger head is made of special wear-resistant material (such as copper-based or iron-based powder metallurgy), and the distributor plate is made of high-hardness alloy steel to withstand the extreme pressure of the main pump under frequent load changes and impact conditions.
Restore system performanceReplacing worn cylinder blocks, plungers, and distributor plates can effectively solve the problem caused by internal leakage. The machine operates slowly and weakly, the oil temperature is too high, and the variable speed response is sluggish. These issues enabled the equipment to regain its original operating efficiency and controllability.
