1. Product Overview

This product isRexroth A2FE, A2FM and A6VM series fixed and variable displacement motorsofSpecial high-pressure relief valveThis valve is in the motor's hydraulic circuit.Core security protection componentsTypically installed in the motorHigh-pressure oil port (A/B port)It is used to limit the maximum pressure of the system and prevent hydraulic shock and overload damage.

2. Core Features

Critical security featuresWhen the pressure on the high-pressure side of the motor exceeds the set value due to sudden load changes, operational errors, or valve core jamming, the relief valve will quickly open, releasing some of the high-pressure oil back to the oil tank (or low-pressure circuit), thereby...Limit the system's maximum pressure to protect the motor housing, drive shaft, and connecting pipes from damage.。
Rapid response and stabilityIt adopts a high-performance valve core and spring design, which is sensitive to pressure changes and can effectively suppress hydraulic shock (pressure peak). At the same time, it remains closed when the system pressure is normal, ensuring the motor works efficiently.
Robust structure, adaptable to harsh working conditionsThe valve body is made of high-strength materials, and the internal parts are treated for wear resistance and fatigue resistance, so that it can adapt to the harsh working environment of high pressure, impact and high pollution, such as engineering machinery and mining equipment.
